News: BBM Beta arrives for Windows Phone

Last month BBM for Windows Phone was made available in a closed beta. Windows Phone users around the world were allowed to register for the beta and within 12 hours the closed beta was full. New registrations were logged into the waiting list. Only around 10,000 users were allowed to participate in the closed beta. In Microsoft’s Build 2014 conference, Microsoft announced their latest mobile operating system Windows Phone 8.1. While showcasing Windows Phone 8.1 they also showcased their Lock Screen app for Windows Phone 8.1. News: Cortana gets backend update

Its been more than a month when Windows Phone 8.1 Developer Preview went live and most of the Windows Phone 8 users all over the world had updated to Windows Phone 8.1. Features like the Action Center, Cortana, Start Screen backgrounds and lots of other features were met with outstanding responses, although features like Action Center and Cortana made headlines.
